What if there's any mistake?

Since all our products are custom made to order, it's essential to follow our measuring and installation instructions closely. Please also review your email order confirmation for accuracy.

If a replacement is necessary, please note that a shipping fee may apply based on the size of the window covering and your shipping location. If you suspect an issue is due to vendor's error, we will need photos of the problematic blinds for verification with 14 days since the products delivered. Once we conformed the issue, we will authorize a remake or credit as deemed appropriate by Wigelowblinds.

Our Warranty Covered:

Manufacturer Defects and Shipping Damage: Claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Materials and Parts: Operating mechanisms are covered for 3 years from the date of delivery, provided the window coverings are installed according to the provided installation instructions.

Proof of Purchase: Required for all warranty claims.

Not Covered:

Natural Variations: Differences in texture, construction, or color of natural products; slight warping of wood products; and natural color changes over time.

Product Failure Due to:

    Improper installation, operation, or cleaning.

    Normal wear and tear, such as faded blinds/shades from sun exposure or frayed pull strings from regular use.

    Excessive exposure to heat, sunlight, or moisture.

    Damage caused by children, pets, or insects.

    Improper cleaning methods.

    Any alteration of the product.

    Products exceeding size recommendations or not adhering to specifications as shown on the product page.

Resolution of Warranty Issues

Repair or Replace

We will determine, at our discretion, whether the product will be repaired or replaced.

Product Discontinuation

If a replacement is needed for a discontinued product still under warranty, we will provide a substitute that matches as closely as possible. For rooms with multiple products, only the defective item will be repaired or replaced. We will make every effort to match the original specifications.

Shipping Costs

After one year, the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with warranty repairs.

After Warranty Expiration

Once your warranty has expired, we will not be able to repair or replace your original window covering. However, we are happy to assist you in purchasing a new product that meets your needs.

Changing Your Order

All products are made to order, and production typically begins the day after your order is placed. Therefore, we are happy to accommodate changes or cancellations as long as you contact us within 24 calendar hours from the date the order was submitted. Please email to WigelowBlinds@gmail.com to process any changes or Cancellations.

Please note that we cannot accept address changes once the manufacturer has shipped your product.

Color Disclaimer

Due to differences among color monitors, the colors displayed on your screen may not be exact. If color accuracy is important, we strongly encourage you to order free samples before making your purchase. You can easily add samples to your cart from any product page.

Stained Finished Real Wood Blinds

Natural variances in the wood’s color and grain can cause dye lots to vary. While we consider these variances to be minimal, we cannot guarantee an exact color match with stained wood blinds. If you are ordering real wood blinds with a stained finish, please purchase all your blinds at the same time to ensure they are manufactured from the same dye lot. We only guarantee color matching for blinds purchased together on the same order.

Natural Wood Shades (Matchstick & Woven Wood)

Natural wood shades are crafted from materials such as bamboo, rattan, reeds, jute, and other natural woods. As these are natural products, colors can vary significantly between dye lots. To ensure a consistent look, please purchase all of your shades at the same time so they are made from the same material lot. We guarantee color matching only for shades purchased together on the same order. Note that green bamboo may gradually change to a more yellow or tan color over time.
