Oversized Shipping Policy
If your package exceeds 94 inches in width, it will be shipped from the manufacturer’s facility via freight carrier, typically to your front door. Here are some important details to keep in mind: the shipping carrier will call you to arrange delivery. Please ensure you answer any calls from them for timely delivery. If you'd like to add a secondary phone number for contact, please email us, and we can add it to your order. For oversized products or if there are issues with your delivery address, our team will attempt to contact you at the provided phone number three times. If there is no response after three attempts, the order will be field destroyed, and you will be responsible for any remake costs or additional shipping charges. We highly recommend inspecting all products upon arrival for any damage.
ü Product(s) with minor damage may be able to be used and should be accepted and noted.
ü You have 14 days to report any unusable product for a remake. Contact us within this period if you believe a remake is necessary. Photos of the damaged product may be required for reorder.
ü You are responsible for disposing of all shipping and packaging materials, including pallets used for large shipments.
Notes on Shipping
ü We currently cannot ship to Hawaii and Alaska.
ü No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses.
ü No shipments can be made to military bases outside the continental United States (APO and FPO addresses).
ü Address changes are not permitted once the manufacturer has shipped your product.
ü All delivery times listed on Wigelowblinds.com’s website or on any other Wigelowblinds.com material (ads, direct mail, emails, etc.) are estimates.
Colorado Delivery Fee
Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado imposes a retail delivery fee on all deliveries by motor vehicle to locations within the state that include at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax.
The retailer or marketplace facilitator that collects sales or use tax on the delivered goods is responsible for collecting and remitting the retail delivery fee, even for deliveries made by third parties.
This fee applies to any taxable goods mailed, shipped, or delivered by motor vehicle to purchasers in Colorado.
The retail delivery fee is due alongside your sales tax return. Returns are generally filed monthly and must be submitted by the 20th day of the month following each reporting period. Retailers filing on a quarterly, annual, or alternative basis will file the retail delivery fee return according to that same schedule.
